Monday, May 7, 2017 – Buffalo, New York – Peerless, Inc. recently announced the acquisition of Hi-Temp Fabrication, Inc., an operation that specializes in the fabrication and distribution of non-metallic materials. The fabrication shop offers a wide variety of specialty insulation products including boards, panels, blankets, rolls, laboratory tops and work-surfaces for the aluminum, steel, gas, furnace, refractory, electrical and petrochemical industries.
Peerless Hi-Temp Fabrication, LLC was created to facilitate the acquisition of Hi-Temp Fabrication, Inc. on April 21, 2017. Both companies said they are very excited about the acquisition and cannot wait to get started.
The acquisition allows Peerless, Inc. to diversify their operations as well as offer new products to their customers which they expect to exceed their expectations. They are committed to providing customers outstanding customer service, solutions that meet industry leading supply chain demands, and world-class quality and manufacturing.
The two companies were operating out of 79 Perry Street in Buffalo, New York until recently when they moved into a modern facility located at 15 Lawrence Bell Drive in Williamsville, New York. The move took place May 5, 2017 and features new state of the art dust-controlled equipment to regulate indoor air quality, a single floor plan for deliveries, private parking, direct access to the Interstate 90, and a closer proximity to the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
